Redmine zrouter - Device Port #35 (Closed): Support for FreeBSD ZRouter on TP-Link TL-WR1043ND v1https://zrouter.org/issues/352012-01-16T09:11:57ZEric Krausserzrouter@krausser-edv.de

Further work is in progress, for now the kernel boots and the rootfs mounts.

This was tested with TL-WR1043ND Ver:1.8, but I expect all 1.x should work.

Many thanks to Adrian Chadd and Alexandr Rybalko for the kind help with this
board definition, which is mostly based on Adrian's work on:
http://code.google.com/p/freebsd-wifi-build/wiki/TpLinkTLWR1043ND
zrouter - Feature #34 (Closed): gzip and bzip2 converters pack -9https://zrouter.org/issues/342012-01-16T01:45:31ZEric Krausserzrouter@krausser-edv.de

Converters gzip and bzip2 should pack with highest compression level by default, because
LooX: "it's embedded.. any byte counts"

patch appended
zrouter - Feature #33 (Closed): TPLINK_ROOTFS_START, mktplinkfw -ihttps://zrouter.org/issues/332012-01-16T00:53:27ZEric Krausserzrouter@krausser-edv.de

1) This patch sets TPLINK_ROOTFS_START to KERNEL_MAP_START + KERNEL_PACKED_SIZE (fixes TODO). Use the sync converter for kernel in PACKING_KERNEL_IMAGE.

2) When mktplinkfw was successful then information about the created firmware are shown (mktplinkfw -i fw.bin).
zrouter - Feature #29 (Closed): TPLINK_ROOTFS_START, mktplinkfw -ihttps://zrouter.org/issues/292012-01-11T00:19:45ZEric Krausserzrouter@krausser-edv.de

This patch sets TPLINK_ROOTFS_START default to 0x00200000 (fixes TODO).

When mktplinkfw was successful then information about the created firmware are shown (mktplinkfw -i fw.bin).
zrouter - Feature #27 (Closed): Makefile target tlimagehttps://zrouter.org/issues/272011-12-31T12:56:52ZEric Krausserzrouter@krausser-edv.de

This patch integrates the mktplinkfw in ./contrib to the existing firmware-tools system.
zrouter - Feature #24 (Closed): BOARD_FLASH_SIZE with size suffixeshttps://zrouter.org/issues/242011-12-28T01:45:11ZEric Krausserzrouter@krausser-edv.de

With this patch BOARD_FLASH_SIZE can be defined this ways:

BOARD_FLASH_SIZE=8388608
BOARD_FLASH_SIZE=0x00800000
BOARD_FLASH_SIZE=8M
BOARD_FLASH_SIZE=8192K
zrouter - Feature #15 (Closed): check for FreeBSD sources in FREEBSD_SRC_TREEhttps://zrouter.org/issues/152011-12-03T00:24:29ZEric Krausserzrouter@krausser-edv.de
